Rejected orders

If we reject your order, the full price returns to your wallet automatically.

Contact support on WhatsApp to ask about returning unused wallet funds. We review each request and check the original payment.

Once a panel is live, the current period is generally not refundable.

If money left your account and your wallet was not credited, send us the transaction reference and we will check it.
